Mr S attended the clinic today for the surgical placement of an implant. This will replace one of his front teeth that was knocked out in an accident. The implant was placed successfully, and will now be left for three months before impressions are taken for the crown.

November 22nd, 2011Today Mr J attended for a smile makeover in a day. Dr Caplan prepared Mr J’s teeth for crowns in the morning, and they were ready for fitting in the afternoon. Mr J left the clinic extremely happy with his new smile!
BACD 8th Annual Conference
November 10th, 2011Over the next three days Dr Caplan is attending the BACD 8th Annual Conference, for which he is vice president. He will be lecturing to other dentists on various topics, including Cerec and photography.
Private Dentistry Awards
November 4th, 2011Today Dr Caplan is attending the Private Dentistry Awards, for which he is a judge.
Implant Placed
October 18th, 2011Today Mr T attended for the placement of an implant. An implant is a great way of filling a gap without damaging the neighboring teeth. Mr T will return in 6 to 8 weeks time to check if the implant is ready to be restored.
13 Veneers Fitted
October 12th, 2011Today Mr K attended to have 13 veneers fitted on his upper and lower teeth. Mr K was unhappy with his overbite. Dr Caplan has altered the position of Mr Ks teeth with beautifully fitting Cerec veneers, eliminating his overbite. Mr K left the clinic extremely happy!
Smile Makeover In A Day!
October 4th, 2011Today Mr R attended for 10 Cerec veneers on his upper teeth. Dr Caplan prepared his teeth in the morning and fitted Mr R with beautiful temporaries. Dr Caplan then set to work creating the veneers; shaping, staining and glazing each one by hand. Mr R returned later that afternoon to have them fitted. He was extremely happy with his new smile!
Dr Caplan Lectures at Cerec Symposium
September 30th, 2011Today and tomorrow Dr Caplan will be giving a lecture to other dentists on the use of CEREC at the Sirona Cerec Symposium in London.
Cerec Veneers
September 23rd, 2011Today Miss S attended on her 21st birthday for 4 Cerec veneers on her upper teeth. Just a few hours later Dr Caplan had made her lovely new veneers and fitted them. They looked beautiful! Miss S was extremely pleased with the result and ready to enjoy her birthday celebrations!
