What does Cosmetic Treatment at Aviva often involve?
On your initial visit to Aviva Dentistry Ltd in St Albans first we will listen to YOU, and address all your needs and concerns. Once we have fully understood your requirements we will assess your smile to ensure that it is suitable for the treatment being considered. We will present all the possible treatment options to you and answer any questions that you may have. A digital image of your possible new smile will be presented to you. Before and after pictures of similar smile problems will be shown to you, to demonstrate what we can achieve. It is important to us that you completely understand every step of your treatment plan and the likely expected results.
We will always present to you a fully itemised breakdown of the costs of your treatment plan. At Aviva we don’t want finance to be a barrier to having the smile of your dreams and we offer a wide range of finance plans to help spread the cost of your treatment over time making it more affordable.
After a treatment plan has been agreed, we will make a 'diagnostic wax-up' - this allows us to make a model of your teeth and to produce a 'trial smile', essential for the proper planning of your smile.
On your next visit we carefully shape your teeth and fit beautiful temporaries to duplicate the 'trial smile'. About 3 days later we will make fine adjustments to these temporaries to ensure that they meet all your desires of shape and colour. Some people want a 'Hollywood Smile' whilst others want a more subtle change. The trial smile allows you to make that important final decision.
On the final visit the your new smile will be fitted and you can leave with the smile you have always desired!
