A particularly difficult case due to a central incisor being completely missing and the other central incisor being right in the middle of the smile. The aim with this treatment was to widen the smile but predominately to improve the symmetry of the smile. This was achieved by disguising one of the lateral incisors to make it look like a central incisor and to redesign the gum shape. Multiple veneers were used to produce this natural and beautiful smile.

A serious case of wear! All the upper teeth and a number of the lower teeth were crowned. This allowed me to re-establish the patients’ vertical height that had been lost due to the extreme wear and to improve the patients function. The treatment went very smoothly and the patient was over the moon with the end result.

A challenging case due to space issues and an uneven smile line. In such cases a very careful preview smile is created on models of the patients’ mouth using wax. This allows proper planning of the case with minimal tooth substance removal to allow the best possible result. Using veneers and gum reshaping a beautiful smile was created.

Another wear case requiring correct management of the patients’ bite to ensure a long lasting result. Multiple veneers and crowns were used to replace the missing and worn teeth back to their former glory.

These teeth were very uneven, crowded and discoloured. The patient was looking for a white and even smile and this was achieved using 20 veneers and crowns. In this case the patient wished for minimal characterisation of the veneers and this was achieved using a light colour and minimising the incisal translucency.

This patient had an upper left canine that was so out of line it appeared to be missing. The problem was solved by placing an implant and attaching a crown to match the canine on the other side.

There was a large amount of damage of the biting surfaces of these teeth as well as the incisal damage that you can see in these pictures. Full crowns were required to replace the missing tooth structure. Beautiful porcelain work by my master technician produced a light natural smile for this patient.
