If you have a tooth that is broken or decayed, a crown is often an ideal solution.
Once the damaged area has been removed, the remaining tooth will be used as a post to hold the new crown in place. Crowns are sometimes known as ‘caps’ because they sit on top of the natural tooth.
Dental crowns at Aviva Dentistry are beautifully hand crafted onsite by Dr Julian Caplan and fitted in a single 90-minute appointment. We will take a scan that Julian will use to design your bespoke crown. This is then milled onsite and is ready to fit in less than an hour.
